About the Role:&nbsp;Pretorius Electric &amp; Sign&nbsp;has been a staple in West Bridgewater since 1997, and we’re looking for someone reliable to join our field team. We don't just hire—we invest. We travel to every corner of Massachusetts installing high-quality signage. If you have the drive to learn a specialized trade, we have the patience to teach you.
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Travel throughout MA as part of a professional installation crew.</li>
<li>Work with electrical components and signage systems from heights (ladders/bucket trucks).</li>
<li>Handle physical tasks, including lifting and securing heavy signage.</li>
</ul>

<li>Mechanical Aptitude:&nbsp;You like working with your hands and figuring out how things fit together.</li>
<li>A "Student" Mindset:&nbsp;You retain what you learn and want to work toward independence.</li>
<li>The Basics:&nbsp;You aren't afraid of heights, you have a clean driving record, and reliable transportation to our shop.</li>
