The Panther Group is seeking a detail-oriented Training Support Specialist to support a fast-paced training organization within a highly regulated electronics environment in Merrimack, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS), training administration, instructional support, and adult learning principles.
This role combines training coordination, LMS administration, reporting, and customer support while helping ensure efficient training operations and compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily operations of a busy training organization through:
- LMS data entry and maintenance
- File management and record retention
- Report creation and distribution
- Troubleshooting LMS and training-related issues
- Serve as a key point of contact for training support inquiries
- Assist with learning content design and delivery support
- Maintain department records, policies, and administrative documentation
- Support performance objectives, policy implementation, and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze and report on training data, including use of Excel and reporting tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training compliance and operational efficiency
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Training support
- LMS administration
- Learning & Development or training organizations
- Background in:
- Adult learning theory
- Instructional design or learning content support
- Administrative coordination in regulated environments
- Strong proficiency with:
- Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables)
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Teams / MS365
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Articulate
- Instructional design or learning content development experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as electronics, aerospace, or defense
Pay Rate: Up to $34.84 per hour DOE
