Job DescriptionRole Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Developer with at least 7 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying SAP CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical proficiency in SAP CRM architecture, middleware, and integration, as well as strong collaboration skills to work with functional teams and deliver robust, scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP CRM components, including BOL/GENIL models, Web UI enhancements, and CRM-specific business logic
Maintain and enhance SAP CRM middleware, including debugging queues and BDOCs
Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms for SAP CRM
Collaborate with functional teams to clarify requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Participate in integration efforts using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Perform debugging and troubleshooting within SAP CRM and connected systems
Ensure transport requests meet coding standards and follow change management procedures
Prepare technical documentation for developed CRM objects and interfaces
Support unit and integration testing cycles, ensuring timely issue resolution
Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of SAP CRM solutions
Participate in peer code reviews and share technical knowledge with team members

Required Skills Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
Strong experience with BOL/GENIL models, Web UI enhancements, and CRM-specific development
Proficiency in SAP CRM middleware, queue debugging, and BDOC troubleshooting
Experience in SAP CRM integration using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Strong ABAP development skills with debugging and performance tuning expertise
Familiarity with SAP CRM architecture, data model, and configuration principles
Experience developing custom CRM reports, interfaces, and enhancements
Knowledge of change management processes, transport management, and coding standards
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
