Job Description We are seeking a qualified Maintenance / Transmitter Technician to support the operation, repair, and maintenance of broadcast equipment down to the component level.
 
Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Maintaining digital broadcast equipment, including:
<ul>
<li>Video routers and switchers</li>
<li>Video servers</li>
<li>Non-linear editing systems</li>
<li>Automation systems</li>
<li>Cameras and robotics</li>
<li>Digital audio consoles</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Supporting network integration, microwave, and satellite systems</li>
<li>Maintaining high-power UHF DTV transmitters at remote location</li>
<li>Working with related systems, including:
<ul>
<li>480V 3-phase electrical systems</li>
<li>HVAC systems</li>
<li>Diesel generators</li>
<li>CCTV camera systems</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2–5 years of maintenance experience in broadcast or related fields</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems</li>
<li>Experience with TCP/IP networking</li>
<li>CAD experience is a plus</li>
<li>SBE certification and FCC license preferred</li>
</ul>

The expected salary range for this position is $75,660-$95,000 annually. The final offer will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, knowledge and skills.
