Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Support middle school students as a Paraprofessional in a committed school setting located in Boston, MA. This contract position runs from ASAP through June, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to student success during the school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid paraprofessional credentials or certifications as required by state and local regulations
- Experience working with middle school-aged students
- Ability to support individual and small group instruction effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers and staff

Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: June
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:45 PM, Monday through Friday
- Location: Boston, MA
- Age Group: Middle School
- Caseload: Supports multiple students requiring additional academic and behavioral assistance
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students in classroom and small group settings
- Assist with instructional activities and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to promote a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to meet student needs
- Maintain accurate records and report student progress as necessary
