Lead Production on the Shop Floor and Drive Operational Excellence
Are you a hands-on production leader with a passion for quality, efficiency, and team development? We're seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our Rochester, NH facility. This is a high-impact role where youll manage people, processes, and performance on the shop floor. Youll be at the heart of our operationsensuring everything from material readiness to machine changeovers runs like clockwork.

What You Will Do

Lead daily shift handovers and communicate key updates to the production team
- Develop and manage daily work schedules based on production orders and material availability

Conduct spot checks on material readiness and final product quality

Support machine changeovers
- Be the go-to contact for shop floor technical or process-related inquiries
- Ensure accurate and timely performance and production data collection

Train, coach, and onboard new production employees

Maintain high workplace organization and enforce safety protocols

Collaborate closely with logistics to ensure seamless production and distribution

Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across operations
Youll oversee end-to-end production processes including stamping, deep drawing (corner manufacturing), laminating lines, packaging, and shrink-wrapping. In the future, extrusion could also fall under your scopeideal for someone eager to broaden their production expertise.
Who You Are
-
2+ years of experience in a production, shift lead, or shop floor in a supervisory role

Proven hands-on, lead by example and are comfortable on the floor
- Solid knowledge of production workflows, planning, and quality control
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, etc.) is a strong plus
- Excellent communicator and problem solver who thrives in a team environment
- Technically minded and operationally driven, with the confidence to take initiative
