Maintenance Technician (CNC) - Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical, compressed gases, water, and refrigeration systems to provide uninterrupted service.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and identify needed repairs/service on production and support equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to maintain production machinery in proper working condition and minimize downtime.
• Record and document all completed maintenance, equipment modifications, and repairs.
• Isolate and diagnose malfunctions, disassemble equipment, and repair/replace defective components.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and outside vendors engaged in all maintenance, electrical, and mechanical operations.
• Maintain inventories of maintenance materials, supplies, tools and repair parts.
• Responsible for electrical and mechanical equipment layouts and the modification of facilities within the plant.
• Coordinate and communicate with equipment vendors, outside contractors and utility companies as needed.

Qualifications:

• At leave five years previous experience in mechanical, electrical and industrial maintenance
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA and hazardous waste (DEP) in regard to plant operation and maintenance
• Mechanical maintenance background in a manufacturing environment
• Able to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings
• Previous experience in a CNC machine shop would be a plus

Hours are

Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

The pay is up to $40.00 an hour based on experience
