Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project development from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple multifamily construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control
  • Facilitate communication between team members and provide guidance and support when needed
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, particularly in multifamily projects
  • OSHA 30 certification is required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
