Job DescriptionSuperintendent

Position Overview:

Due to growth, we are currently hiring multiple Superintendents to lead mechanical projects. These individuals will be responsible for an assigned portion of the project including site management of field labor, pre-planning and coordination of the scope of work required to install a quality product in compliance with the contract documents and all applicable goals. The right individual will manage the successful and timely completion of project(s) within budget, on schedule, and with high quality standards while providing an environment of trust, cooperation, commitment and teamwork.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations on project site(s), from planning to completion.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and mentor multiple people.
  • Develop and maintain site logistics.
  • Understand drawings, plans, and procurement of materials
  • Plan and manage schedule, budget, and effectively controls costs.
  • Anticipate and propose solutions to any issues.
  • Ensure, administer, and reinforce job site safety program, quality management and overall schedule supervision and coordination of manpower.
  • Communicate issues, events, progress, and performance regularly.
  • Effective communication skills, positive attitude and a "GSD" Get Stuff Done attitude is a must.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of construction experience

OSHA 30 required

Mechanical background Preferred

Higher Ed Project Experience Preferred
