Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of our South Burlington office.
Mentor and guide a team of licensed professionals to help them reach their full potential.
Develop and implement growth strategies that expand our footprint in the Vermont community.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our most valued client relationships.
Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure the best coverage options for our customers.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to ensure we are staying ahead of the curve.
Requirements
Active Vermont Property & Casualty insurance license.
Demonstrated history of successfully managing an insurance book or sales team.
Deep understanding of the Vermont market and local business landscape.
Ability to interpret complex policy details and communicate them simply.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience with agency management systems and digital lead generation tools.
