A Day in the Life
You’ll arrive for the evening shift, review work instructions, and stage material for the next production run. Throughout the shift, you’ll load and unload parts, start and monitor CNC cycles, and keep a close eye on quality. You’ll use basic measuring tools to verify dimensions, document your results, and immediately escalate any questionable conditions to your supervisor. You’ll maintain production rates while keeping your area organized, clean, and safe.

Compensation
$17–$21 per hour
Schedule
Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (2nd Shift)

What You’ll Do
- Load and unload parts in CNC machines and run production lots
- Use basic measuring equipment to inspect parts and record results
- Maintain established production rates with consistency
- Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to your supervisor
- Perform in-process and final inspections and maintain inspection logs
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard procedures
- Keep a safe, clean, and organized workstation; follow OSHA guidelines and all Pace policies outlined in the employee manual
- Perform other duties as assigned
