Job DescriptionManufacturing Operator
Our client in Middlesex, VT has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Operator. This company is known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the manufacturing sector.

Pay Rate:
$20/hr + 15% shift differential = $23.00/hr

Schedule/Hours:
4:30 PM-2:30 AM Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Operator

Set up machines according to specifications to meet production goals.
Convert materials to meet work order specifications accurately.
Execute trials and document results as required.
Complete quality documents at appropriate production stages.
Train Manufacturing Associates using the passport program.

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Operator:

High School diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand complex work instructions.
Basic computer and math skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
