Your role will involve working in a collaborative outpatient setting, focusing on individualized care. Responsibilities include:
- Implementing appropriate care plans and utilizing evidence-based treatment methods to help patients regain their previous level of function.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and billing records.
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the musculoskeletal system and familiarity with various post-operative protocols; experience in wound care is preferred.
- We encourage and financially support specialty certifications and fellowship training.
- This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled therapists in a dynamic environment, providing 1:1 care to patients on a 40–60-minute schedule.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated work or clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Strong educational background and clinical expertise
- Ability to effectively manage patients with diverse personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- A valid license to practice physical therapy (willing to work with a limited license until full licensure is obtained)
- A graduate degree or higher in physical therapy assistance
Additional Information
Compensation: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour; negotiable based on experience, certifications, and specialties.
Sign-on bonus: $3,000
