Position: Therapist-PT-Physical Therapist (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in Westford, Massachusetts.

• Develop personalized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.

• Achieve and exceed set performance targets and goals.

• Be accountable for personal success and professional growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Track and document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid Massachusetts state license.

• Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy practice.

• Ability to track and document patient progress effectively.

• Experience in using pipelines to forecast treatment success.
