Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support litigation matters for a Contract position based in Boston, Massachusetts. This opportunity is well suited for someone who can manage competing deadlines, work confidently with legal technology, and contribute to case progress from discovery through trial preparation. The role calls for strong organizational ability, practical knowledge of civil litigation, and a proactive approach to keeping documents, deadlines, and case activity on track.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day support for civil litigation matters, ensuring case files, calendars, and related materials remain accurate and up to date.
• Prepare, organize, and track discovery materials, including document collection, review support, and production coordination.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation by assembling exhibits, managing witness materials, and maintaining readiness for hearings and court proceedings.
• Use case management software and other legal technology tools to monitor deadlines, maintain records, and support efficient workflow execution.
• Draft, format, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and filing materials in accordance with court and matter requirements.
• Conduct file review and factual research to help the legal team evaluate issues, organize evidence, and prepare for litigation milestones.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and vendors as needed to support document handling and case progress.• Demonstrated experience supporting civil litigation matters in a paralegal or comparable legal support capacity.
• Working knowledge of discovery processes, litigation documentation, and trial preparation activities.
• Proficiency with case management software and confidence using legal technology tools in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under deadline pressure.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing documents and coordinating with legal teams and external contacts.
• Ability to handle sensitive legal information with discretion and maintain well-structured case records.
