  • Escalate and support troubleshooting of equipment and process issues
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement on the production floor

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience overseeing SMT production lines (required)
  • Hands‑on soldering experience and strong understanding of SMT processes
  • 3–7+ years of experience in SMT / PCB electronics manufacturing
  • 1–3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read and understand PCB drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
  • Working knowledge of reflow profiling and stencil design
  • Experience with MES and/or ERP systems
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable being on the production floor and supporting the team daily

Why This Opportunity

  • Direct‑hire, first‑shift role
  • Stable, growing electronics manufacturing environment
  • High‑impact leadership position with hands‑on involvement
  • Opportunity to drive real improvements in quality, yield, and efficiency
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
