We are working with a publicly traded company that is looking for a Senior Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee general accounting, month end close, financial reporting, and more.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee global accounting functionality in accordance with US GAAP.
- Review company financial statements and provide commentary on financial results.
- Review and analyze various quarterly SEC filings.
- Manage quarterly external audits.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and insight for any accounting issues.
- Be involved in continuous evaluation and improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
- Maintain overall compliance with SOX standards.
- Ad-hoc projects.

Experience Requirements
\n
- \n
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- 5+ years of overall accounting experience
- Experience working for a large public accounting firm preferred
- CPA preferred
