Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Field Service Technician for Industrial equipment and mechanical troubleshooting across the Boston area. This role involves equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair chemical dispensing systems & dish machines
- Perform routine service visits and ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
- Train customers on equipment usage and safety procedures
- Maintain service reports and inventory
Requirements:
- 1+ year field service or equipment maintenance experience
- Basic mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in hospitality/food service industry preferred
- Strong communication & customer-facing skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
