Location Swansea, MA
Pay $21.50–$28.00/hour, based on experience and education
Schedule Full-time — Wed, Thu, Fri, 10:00 PM–10:00 AM (holidays subject to business needs)
Requirements:
- Hands-on skill with restraint, venipuncture, and IV catheter placement
- Experience with anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
- Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology and/or CVT license, a plus

Calling All ER Overnight Veterinary Technicians

About You
We believe veterinary medicine is a team sport, and our ideal candidate feels the same way. Communication is essential in a clinical setting, and we're looking for a multitasker who can manage that while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
We're seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician who enjoys the art of triage and the variety that emergency medicine brings. Ideal candidates are comfortable with restraint, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, basic medical math, and anesthesia induction and recovery. CPR experience is a plus but not required. If you thrive on the adrenaline of emergency medicine, this job is for you.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology a plus
- CVT license a plus
- Knowledge of anesthesia and monitoring
- Phlebotomy skills
- Familiarity with scheduling, receiving, and treating patients; ordering medical supplies; and requesting lab tests
- Knowledge of the use, care, and storage of veterinary instruments, materials, and equipment
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques for instruments and materials
- Familiarity with the instruments, materials, and standardized procedures used across a full range of treatments, including tableside assistance
- Strong client service skills, including needs assessment and satisfaction
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as take direction
- Must be 18 years or older
