Job title: Mailing Machine Operator – Any Shift
Work Location: 672 Crescent St. Brockton, MA
Division/Department: Production
Reports to: Production Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate various High Speed Mailing Machine
- Processing Customers’ Daily Mail
- Familiarity with either Pitney Bowes of Neopost technologies
- Should be knowledgeable in US Postal Rates and Mail Classifications
- Prefer experience with chargeback systems for departmentalized accounting
- Necessary to balance postage accounts funds to settle daily
- Minor work station housekeeping duties
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Shows initiative to learn additional duties; willing to expand value to the company
- High school diploma, GED required or Trade School
- Associate degree preferred
