Job DescriptionFood & Beverage Manager – Hotel
We are seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to help rebuild and lead the food and beverage operations at a full-service hotel in the Andover, MA area. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys developing teams, establishing procedures, and creating memorable guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee two restaurant outlets and banquet operations
- Lead and develop approximately 25–50 front- and back-of-house employees
- Manage events ranging from small corporate meetings to large ballroom functions
- Re-establish operating procedures and service standards
- Oversee BEO execution, inventory, labor, beverage costs, and revenue goals
- Recruit, train, and build a successful food and beverage team
What We’re Looking For
- Hotel food and beverage or banquet management experience
- Proven success building and developing teams
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations
- Hands-on, guest-focused leadership style
- Experience managing labor, inventory, beverage costs, and operational standards
- Ability to thrive in an operation undergoing positive change and growth
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$80,000, based on experience
