Home Health Aide or Supportive Home Care Aide - Athol, MA

As a Home Health Aide or Supportive Home Care Aide, you will provide homemaking (housekeeping, meal prep) and personal, hands-on care to our clients in their homes throughout Athol and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Provide homemaking and personal care services to elderly clients in their homes

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Support clients with medication management and other health-related needs

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

• Collaborate with our care management team to ensure high-quality care and services

Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts HHA/SHCA license in good standing

• Driver's license or access to transportation for employment
