Tribute Secure Weekends is a unique caregiving position that offers something most caregiving jobs cannot: a guaranteed paycheck in exchange for your commitment to be available for daytime visits on both Saturday and Sunday. Keep your weekdays open while building something meaningful on the weekends. You will receive guaranteed pay whether you are matched with a client or not. Limited positions available.

What the job looks like Visits can range up to 12 hours and typically begin at 7am or 8am on both Saturday and Sunday. You will work in clients' homes across Boston and surrounding areas, providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. You will build lasting relationships with clients who count on you being there every weekend.
This role requires full daytime availability on both Saturday and Sunday every week. It is not a fit for someone who can only commit to one weekend day.

What we need from you
- CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
- Full daytime availability on both Saturday and Sunday every week
- Reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
