✨ Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for an Emergency Department / Critical Access Hospital setting. The RN will deliver age-specific direct patient care using the nursing process while assuming leadership responsibilities and supporting high-quality emergency services.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active Vermont RN License
✔ ACLS Certification
✔ BLS Certification
✔ PALS Certification or ENPC Certification
✔ Strong Emergency Department nursing skills
✔ Leadership, delegation, and teamwork abilities
✔ Ability to work varied night shifts

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum Less than 3 year of RN experience required
✔ Emergency Department experience preferred
✔ Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
✔ TNCC preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to emergency patients of all ages
• Perform assessments, triage, treatments, and monitoring
• Administer medications and emergency interventions
• Lead and delegate work to support staff as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
