Qualifications and Responsibilities:
2+ years of experience in administrative support or similar role
Coordinate project submittal process, managing submittal logs and correspondence with the Owner, utilizing software platforms like SharePoint and E-Builder
Track and organize all project documents and correspondence, including drawings and RFI's.
Handle material compliance documentation and submissions
Assist in project closeout documentation and manage various administrative tasks such as meeting agendas, Dig safe requests, and purchasing-related activities
Salary: $48,000 - $53,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
