Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract assignment (specific hours to be discussed during interview)
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent ER nursing experience
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) active prior to contract start or proof of enrollment in an approved course at clinical orientation
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to deliver age-specific, patient-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, direct patient care using established nursing processes and standards
- Assume leadership responsibilities, including effective delegation to health care team members
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and hospital policies
- Facilitate safe transitions of care and clear communication within multidisciplinary teams
