HVAC Service Technician
A locally owned HVAC company has spent the last 15+ years becoming a trusted name across Dracut and surrounding communities by doing things the right way-quality work, honest communication, and investing in our team.
Pay: $40-$50/hr + SPIFFs & commission

Primary Job Duties:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Provide clear recommendations to homeowners (repair vs. replace)
- Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience
- Work closely with leadership to improve processes, training, and inventory
Requirements:
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Experience with repair vs. replacement recommendations
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
