Job Description
Pride Health is hiring a Radiation Therapist to support our client’s medical facility based in Cambridge, MA. This is a 13-week travel contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Details:
- Provide patient education to maximize patient compliance with his/her plan of care and provide family education when needed.
- Monitor patient’s physical and physiological response to treatment and refer the patient for appropriate management when indicated.
- Positions, immobilizes, and aligns patients according to treatment plan and effectively evaluates and solves set-up problems.
- Maintains logs and daily treatment records, including accurate documentation of all treatment procedures.
- Maintains and can provide annual documentation of the required amount of Continuing Education Credits needed for licensure.
- Is an active member of a professional organization; participates in professional activities by attending meetings, serving on committees
- or task forces, and writing and/or presenting scientific papers.
- Participates in the clinical instruction and evaluation of the Radiation Therapy Technology students.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiation therapy
- State MA Physical Therapy License Required
- ARRT License Required

- Pay Range/Salary Range: $3,062.80/wk.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
