Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour day shifts:
- Monday: 7:00 am start
- Tuesday: 8:00 am start
- Thursday: 7:00 am start
- Friday: 6:30 am start
- No weekends or holidays
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Chemo certification (required)
- Recent oncology experience; MS Oncology preferred
- Strong interpersonal and patient education skills
Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy, monitor patients, and manage side effects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Educate patients and families about treatment and post-care options
- Document observations and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Promote quality care and adhere to safety standards
