Job DescriptionRegistered Nurse-Telemetry (Contract Role)Location: Laconia, NH, 03246Duration: 13 weeks ContractShift: 12 hr NightsGuaranteed Hours: 48 hours per weekWeekly Pay Rate: $2,640 - $2,880; (Negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Telemetry unit.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry readings.
- Document patients’ medical history, symptoms, and conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent Telemetry experience and documenting travel experience required.
- EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner experience is preferred but not required.
- Active RN license—New Hampshire or Compact state license required.
- Certifications Required:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)—American Heart Association.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)—American Heart Association.
