Dietary Aide - Part-time position available
Weekend Differentials = $1.00 extra per hour

Job Duties:

Set up dining room coffee and sets up desserts and salades for lunch and dinner.

Serves at mealtime, making sure residents receive what they order.

Maintain accurate food temperature log and meal count for lunch and supper.

Services breakdown area following each meal; covers, dates, and refrigerates any leftovers.

Checks stations for adequate supplies and restocks as necessary.

Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment, warmer, refrigerator, ice machine, dish room, etc.

Maintains work area and dining area in a clean and sanitized manner. Cleans dining room tables as necessary. Thoroughly cleans assigned area on a weekly basis.

Follows sanitation and infection control guidelines.
Qualifications: Willing to train the right candidate

Good interpersonal and communications skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous kitchen experience a plus.

Able to follow oral and written instructions in English.

Reliable team-player.

Positive, helpful attitudes only.
