The Galley Hatch, a family-owned restaurant in Hampton, New Hampshire, has been a cornerstone of the Seacoast community since 1970. Known for our fresh seafood, classic American favorites, and in-house bakery, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences. What You’ll Do
As part of our waitstaff, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking food and beverage orders with accuracy and a smile
- Serving meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Answering menu questions and providing recommendations
- Keeping service areas clean, organized, and ready for the next guest
- Working collaboratively with your teammates to ensure smooth service
This is a tipped position where your positive attitude and excellent service can make a real difference!
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who:
- Are friendly, dependable, and enjoy working with people
- Have the ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Have previous restaurant experience (preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!)
If you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the on-the-job training you need to succeed.
