Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Quincy, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in trial preparation, document production, and managing interrogatories to ensure seamless case handling. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in litigation and a passion for delivering accurate and timely legal support.

Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, creating trial binders, managing witness lists, and filing motions.
• Coordinate and oversee the production of legal documents for discovery, including reviewing, organizing, and cataloging case files.
• Prepare, review, and respond to interrogatories with a focus on accuracy and timely submission.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on case law and procedural matters to support litigation efforts.
• File case documents electronically with courts using e-filing systems as required.
• Manage case calendars, track deadlines, and provide administrative support throughout the litigation process.
• Assist with subpoenas and other legal documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with attorneys to streamline case preparation and ensure all litigation needs are met.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with expertise in trial preparation, document production, and interrogatories.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and eDiscovery platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Massachusetts state and federal court filing processes.
• Knowledge of e-filing systems and legal document management tools.
• Experience with case management software and civil litigation processes.
