Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience in a school-based OT role or with adolescent populations
- Ability to effectively assess, plan, and implement therapy services tailored to each student
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Adaptability to work with diverse learners across different grade levels, with a special focus on middle and high school students
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Work closely with educators to integrate OT strategies within the classroom
- Deliver direct and consultative services to help students achieve their academic and functional goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Educate staff and families on strategies for supporting students’ needs across school environments
- Foster an encouraging atmosphere that motivates student participation and independence
