Role Overview

Earn $55,000 to $60,000 yearly via fee-for-service work, plus extra stipends and uncapped productivity bonuses. Enjoy a smooth start with a 3-month leadership training.

Core Duties

· Conduct full patient check-ups and health histories

· Create and update personalized treatment plans

· Work alongside nurses and facility staff daily

· Guide families through important health choices

· Keep clear and fast medical records

Requirements

· Active Massachusetts medical license and DEA

· Open to experienced clinicians with acute, post acute, or primary care backgrounds

· Good communication and team skills
