Halco is seeking a Lead Plumber to take ownership of plumbing work across our design-build, kitchen remodel, and bathroom remodel projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed plumber who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to be part of a company that values quality, integrity, and people as much as the work itself.

What Youll Do
- Lead and perform residential plumbing work on remodeling and design-build projects
- Serve as the primary plumbing authority on job sites
- Guide and oversee apprentices and support personnel
- Coordinate plumbing work with construction supervisors and project managers
- Ensure all work meets Massachusetts plumbing codes and Halco quality standards
- Identify and communicate change orders and additional service opportunities
- Handle occasional service and warranty calls for new and existing customers
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites
- Represent Halco positively with clients, teammates, and trade partners
What You Bring
- Massachusetts Plumbing Journeyman License (required)
- Residential plumbing experience (required)
- Proven ability to lead, train, and support others in the field
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and local codes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Pride in your work and a desire to grow with a company
Pay & Benefits
- Salary Range: $85,000 $110,000 per year (based on experience)
