Job Summary:
RegalCare at Lowell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN (Part-Time) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents in a comfortable and home-like setting. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents in accordance with RegalCare at Lowell's policies and procedures

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Perform routine vital signs, wound care, and other clinical tasks

Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

LPN/RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
