What You'll Do

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities

• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to keep clients’ homes safe and comfortable

• Follow personalized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate changes in clients’ health, needs, or condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
