Job Title: Assembly Operator
Duration: 3 months temp with a possibility of extension or conversion
Pay rate range: $19.50- $21.50
General Summary:
As an Assembly Operator, you will:

Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment under supervision.

Inspect die and packages to Military and Jedec standards using high- and low-power microscopes.

Follow defined specifications and reaction paths based on written or verbal instructions.

Use multiple hand tools to process delicate products without damaging components.

Train other employees on basic equipment operation and assembly processes.

Maintain well-organized, audit-ready work areas.

Utilize computer-based manufacturing systems to move products and enter data.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

A high school diploma or GED (previous experience in electronic/semiconductor assembly is a plus).

A positive, team-oriented attitude.

A stable work history.
-
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and report daily outcomes.

Excellent attention to detail, including screening, visual inspections, measurements, and sorting of semiconductor devices.
Required Skills:

Basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office software suite.

Ability to understand and interpret assembly drawings.
-
Soldering experience (preferred).

Cleanroom experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail.
