CRNA – ENT / Ophthalmology / Head & Neck Anesthesia

Overview:
Mass General Brigham is seeking CRNAs to provide anesthesia coverage for ENT, ophthalmology, and head & neck surgeries at a nationally ranked specialty hospital affiliated with Harvard. This role includes working with complex airway, skull base, and ophthalmologic cases in a high-acuity academic environment.
Compensation: $260/hr
Assignment Details
Start: June 29, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extension
Coverage needed July–September and ongoing
Seeking providers available for 3+ shifts per week
Minimum availability: 2 shifts per week
Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
No weekends
No call
Limited summer vacation approval (maximum 1 week)

Setting: Acute Care Hospital / Academic Specialty Hospital
EMR: Epic
Affiliated with Harvard
High-acuity ENT and ophthalmology surgical population
Responsibilities
Provide general and regional anesthesia
Manage difficult/high-risk airways
Support ENT, ophthalmology, and head & neck surgeries
Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams
Perform continuous anesthesia assessment and patient monitoring
Case Types

Requirements
NBCRNA Certified – Required
Active Massachusetts License – Required
ACLS, BLS, and PALS – Required
Epic experience preferred
Teaching hospital experience preferred
New grads accepted only if they completed a clinical rotation with the client
Additional Information
Parking allowance: $17/day
Bill rate is all-inclusive
