Looking for a hands-on role where you’re operating equipment and keeping operations moving? Join Manpower and support Acushnet Company (Titleist) in Lakeville, MA—a global leader in golf performance products.
We’re hiring a High Bay Forklift Operator for 2nd shift.

Lakeville, MA
???? Shift & Pay
- 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
- Pay: $20.15/hour
???? What You’ll Be Doing
- Move containers and trailers to and from dock areas in the distribution yard
- Deliver product between the Lakeville Distribution Center and local facilities/vendors
- Operate powered equipment, including order pickers, turret trucks, and high bay equipment
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to pick, store, and ship product
- Load, unload, and replenish inventory in warehouse locations
- Support general distribution and warehouse operations as needed
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (order picker, forklift, turret truck, etc.) preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and in a high-bay warehouse environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Able to work in a fast-paced distribution setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Team player with a strong work ethic
