• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Report changes in clients' needs or conditions to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

• Able to commit to scheduled shifts and provide dependable care

• Complete vaccination records preferred
