Cathy’s Place is a family-owned women’s boutique that has grown from a beloved Cape Cod storefront into fast growing eCommerce brand. We combine a warm, personalized in-store experience with a rapidly expanding online business—giving our team a unique opportunity to be part of both retail and digital growth.

Open Positions
We are currently hiring for two key roles:
1. Sales Floor Associate (Retail)
Be the face of Cathy’s Place and create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with styling and product recommendations
- Build genuine relationships with customers and create a welcoming store environment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store looking beautiful
- Process transactions and handle customer inquiries
- Stay knowledgeable on current inventory and trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Interest in fashion, styling, or retail
- Ability to thrive in a customer-facing environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Prior retail experience is a plus (but not required)
2. Warehouse Shipping Associate (Ecommerce)
Help power our fast-growing online business by ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
What You’ll Do:
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision
- Prepare shipments and print/apply shipping labels
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Process returns and restock merchandise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus
