Administrative Assistant
Chelsea, MA | Temporary Assignment | $19-$20/hour
Wicked Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a growing food production company located in Chelsea, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and expanding organization while gaining valuable experience in a manufacturing environment.
This is a temporary assignment expected to last a few weeks, with the potential for extension or a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate
- $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain data accurately in company systems
- File, organize, and maintain records and documents
- Scan and upload paperwork as needed
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Assist with office organization and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling company information
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience required
- Manufacturing or food production industry experience is a plus
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with basic computer and office software programs
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
