Job DescriptionTeam Lead - Quality Control Area

A leading provider of PCBs assembly is currently seeking for a Team Lead to join their Quality Control Area. This is a temp to hire opportunity in Westford, MA!

Shift of the Team Lead:
M-F 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rate of the Team Lead:
$28-$32/hr

Duties of the Team Lead:

• Supporting the Division Director with employee training, supervision, reports, and maintaining the workflow in the Inspection area
• Supervising 10+ employees on the manufacturing floor
• Hands on work with PCB and component inspections
• Communicating quality issues to upper management
• Completing daily, weekly, and monthly workflow reports
• Other duties as needed at times

Requirements of the Team Lead:

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor on a manufacturing floor
• Strong understanding of PCB inspection
• 2-3 years of Final and/or Incoming inspection experience
• ISO certifications J-standard a plus
