Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Working in a dynamic operating room setting, you'll collaborate with an experienced team using advanced technology such as the DaVinci Robot and Endovascular Suite. You'll quickly expand your skillset with exposure to a broad spectrum of surgical procedures including ortho, robotics, gynecology, urology, vascular, and neuro cases. Schedule:
- Assigned stay late call during the week
- Occasional Friday/Saturday overnight call
- Holiday call coverage as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid, active nursing license and certification at time of submission
- BLS required for Surgical Technologists; ACLS required for RNs
- Prior experience in orthopedics, total joints, general surgery, robotics, basic endovascular, and urology
- Neuro experience desirable for call coverage
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub for diverse surgical procedures as assigned
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to aseptic techniques
- Operate specialized equipment and troubleshoot as needed
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation using Altera EMR
- Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary staff to achieve optimal outcomes
