About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an Implementation Manager (IM) with a passion for learning, a kind heart, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor to join our growing team. The IM will be charged with actively supporting the needs and requests of ClearGov’s civic and school district clients. S/he will ensure that new clients are set up to successfully realize value from their ClearGov subscriptions. The IM will be a key player on an incredible team as we execute our mission to help local governments budget better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire onboarding process of a rotating portfolio of clients, from Service Order signature through the completion of their data mapping and training. This requires a working knowledge of ClearGov products, how financial data is displayed in each product, and the ability to troubleshoot and correct issues.
- Understand goals and translate them into an implementation plan that will provide initial value in a timely fashion.
- Build strong client relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement and communication; be the client’s proactive guide and advocate through the onboarding process.
- Proactively manage both the client and internal teams to ensure timelines are met.
- Recommend learning paths for clients to ensure confidence with the platform and cultivate client accountability.
- Respond to questions and take the lead on resolving reported issues during implementation.
- Drive customer advocacy in the form of references, testimonials, and case studies.
- Maintain knowledge of ClearGov’s Budget Cycle Management suite of products.
- Keep internal systems current by logging communications, updating fields, and entering notes.
- Work closely with other members of the ClearGov team to fulfill client requests.
- Communicate client feedback to ClearGov product development regarding enhancements and usability improvements.
- Collaborate on process & system modifications to improve team success and enable growth.
Critical Skills/Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience with SaaS implementations or a customer success position is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional ability to communicate through speaking and writing and fostering positive business relationships.
- Deep understanding of client concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
- Must be able to organize, prioritize and execute on tasks with attention to detail and timing.
- Google Suite, ChurnZero, and Salesforce experience preferred.
- Experience working with local governments and school districts is a definite plus.

Compensation:
In the spirit of transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at ClearGov, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, interview performance, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring beyond the base range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
