General Warehouse Labor – Chicopee, MA

Pay Rate: $15.75 per hour

Schedule" Flexible, 1st, 2nd, Weekend only shifts available

Job Type: Temporary | Long-Term

Position Summary:

The General Laborer will perform a variety of tasks to support daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities may include loading and unloading trucks, sorting products, picking and packing orders, and maintaining an organized work area. No prior warehouse experience is required, as training will be provided to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Use basic warehouse equipment, including manual pallet jacks.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas.
• Follow work instructions and established safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• No previous warehouse experience required; warehouse experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• No background check or drug screening required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, and move products.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.

Additional Information – Job Type & Work Schedule:

• Temporary | Long-Term
• 1st and 2nd shift openings
• Flexible availability between 6:00am-10:00am start time
• Weekend-only shifts available (Saturday & Sunday)
• Immediate Seasonal Openings

Work Environment:

This position works in a warehouse environment and involves regular standing, walking, lifting, and handling merchandise. Training is provided.
