Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Case Manager position is available within a K-12 educational setting in Kingston, NH, serving students in grades K-9. This contract role involves managing a caseload of approximately 12-14 students, focusing on small group instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics at a Seacoast Charter Academy. The position requires onsite presence during regular school hours, totaling 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage individual education programs (IEPs) for a caseload of students requiring special education services.
  • Provide direct support and small group instruction in reading, writing, and math.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to ensure compliance with educational mandates.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for each students educational plan.

  • Certification as a Special Education Teacher.
