An industry-leading manufacturer in the precision plastics field is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join its 2nd & 3rd shift team in Northfield, NH.

Responsibilities:

• Complete set-ups and operate CNC equipment

• Follow established procedures including tooling, fixtures, and processes.

• Load and feed machines to produce finished products.

• Perform first piece and in-process inspections for dimensional accuracy.

• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and supporting documentation.

• Operate and interpret data from CMM machines as required.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production schedules.

• Demonstrate proficiency in required competencies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred (trade school graduate a plus).

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment setting up and operating CNC or manual equipment.

• Equivalent combinations of education and experience, including internships and part-time work, will be considered.

• No specific licenses or certifications required.

• GD&T
• CNC Tooling
• G-Code
• M-Code

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Bridgeport, Mazak, Haas, Okuma)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Haas, Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CNC Swiss Lathe (Star, Citizen, Tsugami, Index)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Index, Eurotech, Dmg Mori Seiki)
